Aruva Foundation is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all individuals associated with the organization. We strictly adhere to the principles of dignity, equality, and mutual respect, ensuring a workplace free from any form of harassment.

In line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, Aruva Foundation has constituted a POSH Committee (Internal Committee) to address and resolve complaints related to sexual harassment.

Any individual associated with Aruva Foundation who experiences or witnesses inappropriate behavior is encouraged to report the matter without hesitation.
